Dear Guests,
We are delighted to be open again, and are looking forward to welcoming you to what
must surely be a long-anticipated holiday in beautiful Northumberland!
For guests who have stayed with us before, you will know that our approach to
cleanliness is extremely thorough. The safety and well-being of our all guests and
friends who work with us is our main priority. We will all need to remain vigilant and
we want to reassure you that we will do everything we can to protect our guests and
friends who work with us.
This will include following all the guidance available from national and international
health authorities such as Public Health England and the World Health Organisation -
as well as various industry bodies such as Northumberland Tourism Association and
our colleagues in informal groups of holiday cottage owners. We receive regular
updates from these industry bodies who are sharing hygiene recommendations and
best-practice guidance.
