We offer a choice of luxury self-catering holiday cottages in Northumberland. Sleeping up to eight, Leaholme Cottage is a detached villa in the pretty seaside village of High Newton-by-the-Sea. Barbican View, Castle Retreat and Lionsgate View, each sleeping two, are holiday cottage apartments situated in an enviable location in the historic heart of Alnwick, directly opposite the barbican of Alnwick Castle, and just a short stroll from the town centre shops, restaurants and cafes.

Returning guest discounts
We greatly value our regular guests, and to show this we offer a VIP returning guest discount to any guest who revisits our properties within a 3-year period. This even includes guests whose previous stay was booked through an agency! The price reduction will typically be 10% of the full rental price (only available when booking directly with us, and not to be combined with any other discount or offer).
To claim the discount when re-booking, please provide brief details of your last visit in the 'comments' section of the booking form and pay the deposit as normal. Once we have verified your previous stay against our guest records, we will apply the discount by adjusting the balance payable 8 weeks before your holiday.
If your stay is within 8 weeks of booking, please contact us by telephone or via the enquiry form to set up the discount, as it is not available automatically through the booking system.
